Once you get to that stage you just have to find the right balance between consciousness and unconsciousness which you can't really teach. You could try using a certain anchor such as breathing or counting, or you could just try and maintain consciousness without having to worry about keeping your mind on one certain thing. Then before you know it, you'll be in a dream!

As for the meditation guide, meditation is whatever you make of it. Some people clear the mind and cross their legs and do what we all think of whenever somebody says meditation, while some just let things flutter about in their mind. For you I would suggest just calming yourself, slowing down your body and mind, and thinking about generic lucid dreaming. Think about what you want to do when you have lucid dreams, what you already have done, and just calm, happy thoughts. This can also be used to deal with any problems you may be having in your waking life and just as a nice relaxation tool for stress.

Other then that all I can really tell you is to keep at it. You've already have a fair amount of lucid dreams so you're not having any issues there and the length of them is actually pretty normal. After nearly 100 LDs mine are still only about 5 minutes. Some longer (up to like 15 minutes), some shorter (only a couple seconds). Just remember that if you have a negative mindset then it will adversely affect you progress so try to stay positive. This is where meditation really helps
