Any Tips For Someone Who's Been Trying to LD but Can't?

I've been trying to Lucid Dream for almost a year now, and I've only LDed twice, one wasn't very vivid, and the other was half lucid. I had one dream, where I became lucid, flew up, got excited, and woke up. But it's not a regular routine for me, it's like... Once in a blue moon that it happens, whether I RC regularly or not.

We have some tutorials in our WIKI that could help.

      I would suggest -

Dream Induction Techniques - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

Reality Check Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

I also suggest writing your dreams down in some form of dream journal on a daily basis. This will tell your brain that dreams are important to you and will aid in recall and in achieving lucidity.

Hope that helps. If you have any additional questions please feel free to ask!

I never read much about LD up untill now, but i have had plenty of Lucid Dreams. And the vast majority of them happens after i suddenly wake up from my own alarm, or a random sound on the street. You know that feeling like say you have to get up to work at 6am, and you wake up and watch the clock and see that its only 3am. You know when you close your eyes for two seconds you'll be back asleep. In those few seconds you have to constantly say im dreaming, im dreaming, im dreaming.

Sometimes its even possible to have a live pathway from reality to dreamworld.
