Hello I'm Nude,

I was on here a while ago and then just stopped and now I am back into Lucid Dreaming. The reason I stopped was because of sleep paralysis. When I tried to lucid dream, I usually ended up in sleep paralysis. This was terrifying, and not comfortable. I usually ended up trying to force myself out of it. I saw all kinds of colors an heard loud ringing and vibrating noises. I want to lucid dream but I'm scared of facing sleep paralysis. Any tips on getting rid of this fear? Thanks, I'm usually a paranoid person In general XD
