      I usually have about 1 or 2 in a week... getting better though...

      When I really put my mind to it and actively use certain techniques - I'm usually having three or four.

      But I have a problem with keeping myself motivated to do such things, haha.

      It's not something regular for me... sometimes I was able to have about 3 days in a row and sometimes none for months. By the way, yesterday I had 1, with that I would be having 1 in a week because of last week I had another one.
