You can write just some keywords in the morning, or when you wake up from a dream, and then write in DJ during lunch break. Don't get up an hour earlier, you have short time to sleep as is. |

I keep up with it even when I work 50hrs a week and have to cook clean and take care of kids. I WBTB (only about 5 min) every night and get my 8hrs sleep. You just fit it in when you can. It really doesn't take up so much of your life. Most of it is just mental exercises as you go about your day. Don't stress over it whatever you do. |

Try taking an afternoon power nap during your lunch break for getting enough sleep to function, and if you want to WILD you can use the nap for that too. |

Thank you guys for your input. Much appreciated. Gotta get used to having a life, |

As Gab says, bullet point your DJ, recall will not be as good by lunchtime but you should have most of it down. |
