Dream food can be really delicious! Though I have always wanted to try food that doesn't exist in waking life. Some kind of dream veggies or fruits or something! |

Mmmmm, dream food. THE BEST. Congratulations. |

I've had the same problem, food is barely distinguishable. I had a recent lucid dream where the fridge was filled up with cleaning supplies, my dream loves to play tricks on me. Enjoying dream food I don't think is much different from enjoying food well awake. What a lot of people do well they eat is watch tv, and I'm willing to bet they just mindlessly chew most of their food without really letting the taste get to them mentally. So a dream is going to go where the focus goes, you really have to think about how this dream food tastes. I know you say it doesn't taste like much, but as you focus on the taste, your mind will "fill in the blanks" so to speak. And people are right, the food can taste very strong, because your focus is much more flexible then it is in real life, and so, more of it can go into the food than usual. |

I'm always happy.
For me dream food is the best food in the world. It tastes amazing to me and I like going into candy shops randomly in lucids and eating everything. XD Unfortunately not everyone can taste in their dreams. I'm glad you were able to learn how! |

I love dream food it is so much better tasting than any food in real life. The only thing about dream food with me is whatever i have eaten so far in dreams I have never known what it is. It's just always delicious. |

OMG one time I had a dream I was eating at a free buffet that gave away pastries. SO MANY PASTRIES :O They were delicious, and the best part was that I could eat as many of them as I like and never get fat |

Time to find nom noms. . .
Dream food rocks! I've dedicated one or two DILDs to eating, just to see how it is and it's great! The reason it tastes better than real food is because as LDG said, senses are more flexible in dreams, I would say thoughts are more binded with senses, all senses. So food tastes how you expect it to taste, and when you have something that seems tasty in front of you, even if you eat it and it's not what you expected, your expectation was that it is tasty, and in dreams, your expectation is almost always the result! |

Carbonated beverages make me float. |

I just ate again in my dream, it was chicken WINGS. I usually eat sweet stuff when dreaming like croissants or chocolate bars, but even salty stuff seem to be equally as good! It seems aswell that the sense of temprature is also good in dreams. I was eating at KFC and the pepper got me hard! It was a non-lucid dream but I can recall it because I recorded it fresh. So about anything can be eaten in dreams. I prefer it from dream sex sometimes, it's better. |
