      Sorry to disappoint you, but there is no instant LD technique. If there was, we would all be doing it. But I suspect you already know this, having registered in May and having 2LDs. You must have read some tutorials and forum posts, so I'm sure this revelation doesn't come as a shock.

      Pick a technique and work on it. More you practice, easier it will be and you may even get to the point of having consistent LDs.

      WBTB mixed with any other technique can give good results in a matter of days if done right...
      P.S. 2 minute noodles cause cancer in the long run

      It is very extreame but if anything will work it is this. Stay awake until you are bitterly tired, then refuse to lay down. You sit indian style with a couple pillows in your lap. You lean on the pillows and try to sleep that way, all the while you repeat "I am dreaming" inside your head. If you can't fall asleep, you are not tired enough. If you give up, fall on your side and sleep, well, you gave up. If you get tired enough you will be able to sleep like that, but you will always be on the verge of waking and should be able to lucid dream. It takes some serious devotion, training for a few months with MILD may be less painful.
      Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

      WBTB=Wake, Back to Bed.

      The idea is you sleep at least 4.5 hours and then wake up. You stay awake awhile (1-60 minutes) then go back to bed planning on lucid dreaming. It helps all techniques work better.
