Sure I guess that would work. Give it a try. |

I was wondering if anyone ever thought of using a phone background as a reminder to do a reality check. Im always constantly unlocking my iPhone so if I changed the lockscreen background to something that reminded me to do a reality check it would probably transition into my dreams. What do you think? Also, is anyone here good at graphic design/photoshop that would be willing to create one? Thanks! |

Well that would work but it would be better too do reality checks everytime you walk through a door or something like that, cause what are the chances of you being on a phone in a dream? |

I tried this for a little while by associating my phone background with a reality check. Obviously it's quite easy as you have a form of digital time in front of you to check with and think logically about so it'd be quite useful in that sense. However, it never actually carried over into my dreams as I rarely ever pick up my phone while dreaming. |

I guess something to remind you to do a RC on your background would help, if it really does make you to look around and do a RC. |

Well |

Tripo, the alarms aren't meant to wake you up at night, they're meant to remind you to RC during the day. |

I use an app to remind me to RC, also I write down on a piece of paper the time after I perform a reality check. I am trying to find out an optimal number of RC that would actually lead to some results. I think the trick is consistency, and that's my problem. |

Heh, know that feel. I put a sticker on the edge of my computer screen once, didn't pay much attention to it, ever. When you've got much more interesting stuff on the screen (or your case, mirror) then who has time to stare at a sticker. x) |
