was possible to lucid dream without being sleepy. I was thinking maybe in the general direction of WILDs or FILDs.
And is there a way to become sleepy enough without making the dream too fuzzy?
If you can fall asleep when not sleepy, than you can WILD.
I take morning naps to WILD. I can't always fall asleep, so then I obviously don't have a lucid dream. But more I'm laying down with intent to relax and WILD, more I can feel my body starting to relax sooner after I lay down.
