To be honest I havent thaught about that, but I would probably say finger counting as its its the only physical one I can manage to do myself in waking life. |

What about the reading something, looking away, rereading it, and seeing whether it changed, can't you do that? I bet you can do the reality check of remembering the last five minutes of what you did or the last five things. You can also use impossible movement reality check - try making a movement that you cannot do in waking life, expect it to succeed, and if it does, you are dreaming? |

You may say I'm a dreamer.
But I'm not the only one - John Lennon
I use looking at hands one and combine it with taking off headphones when waking up from naps, ofcourse it's mindset that matters but that's the ones i use. |
I use the nose plugging and looking at hands/finger counting reality checks, I also use digital clocks a lot. |
Recalling what happened/where I was 15minutes ago. It's great for RC and memory as well |
Fingering my palm xD |
Counting fingers, always have more than five. Next to that probably clocks but i rarely get lucid that way. |
I like just looking down at my hands, my fingers always end up long as hell and bending weird ways and some fingers extra skinny while others extra bulbous. I've never really tried others though, that's just the first thing I think of. |

We share the same glow.
I have the same favorite as you, nose plug has been what has triggered me to become lucid in 90% of my DILDs. But for the last 3 nights I randomly ended up doing the finger through hand RC in my dream and becoming lucid instantly (weird because I have NEVER practiced that RC while awake, not even once). I have found that, for me at least, the finger through hand has a way of stabilizing the dream, as well as being a reality check. It's the strangest sensation to feel your finger melt through your hand for the first time. I saw the skin start to bubble outwards, then suddenly it melted back onto my hand as my fingernail pushed though. Keep practicing your RC's and the lucid dreams will come, you just have to be patient. |

Nose RCs started failing, not using them anymore. Finger through palm is just not working for me. I read that someone wrote later, biting your tongue, it works greatly, in dreems you feel nothing. |

I have had over 100 LDs and the nose plug has never (or maybe once when I had a cold) failed. |
I always do the finger counting on my hands. I always have 6 or 7 fingers. Once, i counted the fingers on my feet and i had 15 on each one. |
I exclusively use the nose plug RC. It's short and hasn't failed for me once. |
