      Simply put, reality checks

Do you use some sort of system to keep up with your reality checks throughout the day?

Nah, if you're pumped up about lucid dreaming enough you'll remember to do them very often, hopefully when (and if) the time comes and you are more laid back about it, it will already be a strong habit so there's no effort in keeping up a good rhythm.

What Micael said, i do them when i think about them and that i might be dreaming, except for mandatory reality checks whenever i wake up since i have lots of false awakenings.

When I started using reality checks I would just keep track of how many I wanted to do each day to make them more frequent. But it wasn't really an organized system. I don't even use reality checks now. If you need a system, have you looked for applications? I'm sure there is an app for that lol.

Anytime I feel like checking reality. Normally when I am just doing mundane things and time seems to slip for a second or an hour. I RC and move on. I put a lot into on RC though, so it is a meditation/visual journey each time and I can't just be doing them all the time because of the brainpower, but I am getting to be able to do them more often without it effecting my daily life.
