      help when stabilizing

So in the past 3 lucids it seems as if I became inmune to my stabilization procedure and thus failed to control and enjoyed the dream.
What I would do is sit down, then do some algebra, next look at my fingers and touch the nearest object for a while and then just say several times to concentrate but it doesn't seem to work anymore, i just lose my lucidity.
      any tips?

Algebra? Touching objects? Never heard of such stabilization techniques.
Most people use techniques like spinning in place for a couple of seconds while reminding themselves that they're dreaming so they won't forget or looking at objects in detail. Nothing worked for me, though. As soon as I realize I'm dreaming, the dream is as good as gone, no matter what I do.

You can try different stabilization technique, like rubbing hands or spinning, but really, i would not suggest making stabilization technique a requirement for good lucid dream, it's nice tool but it should not be a must.
Thinking too much about stabilization can lead to destabilization. So instead of 'i must stabilize' attitude while doing stabilization, do it instead in more relaxed way, slow down, and without worrying, anchor yourself. Also think positive! If you keep thinking that something wouldn't work, it ofcourse will be unlikely to work.

There are many different ways to stabilize, from touching objects to simply exclaiming "stability now". I fail to see how algebra would help. As for sitting down, try and focus attention on the physical sensation of the chair. When you look at your fingers, try and force them to focus if they appear blurry. When touching objects, make sure you feel the texture. Basically, the idea of stabilization is to engross yourself in the dream as much as possible, without losing awareness.

The best way to stabilize your dream is to really be in it. As in, focus all of your senses onto the dream. The more aware you are of your senses, the more anchored you will be in your dream world. Good luck!
