Hi there! Looks like you have experienced some HH both auditory and visual and were close to transitioning. While these as well as vibrations are not required in order to WILD they may occur while you are falling asleep or lding. I think if you had remained calm and alert for a bit longer, you might have fully transitioned into a lucid dream. By the way, waking up after getting some sleep and spending some time awake (also known as wbtb) can significantly increase your chances for ld, including unintentional wilds. It's best done after sleeping 4-5 hrs. Hope that helps. Sweet dreams! |
