      New stabilization technique. It works!

      Hi folks!

I recently discovered a good stabilization technique that worked great.

Some of eyes were glasses/contacts... which means that without them, we have a very blurred vision (depends on the eye aliment, but generally is the case.) What if you take advantage of this.

When you go to bed, you take your contacts/glasses. This creates a huge impact in your subconscious, as you are used to wake up in the middle of the night and not see well, right? Low quality dreams, you do not see well either. Why don't you just put your glasses on in the dream?

Reach your pocket and set the mind state of reaching your glasses. If this happened after a False Awakening, just grab your glasses from the night table. Trust me, they will be there. But if you turned lucid in the middle of nowhere, reach your pockets and intent to pick up the glasses. They will spawn, do not worry.

Just put your glasses on. As on waking life, you will start to have a clear vision, so you can welcome your stable and crystal clear dream

      It works like a charm.

I do not know how will this work for those with good vision, as I feel this triggers something in the subconscious (put on glasses - see well) but you can always try to reach out for glasses and pretend they will amplify your vision, but not sure about this one.

      Good luck

      Good one.

[Even if you don't wear glasses/contacts in real life, you can also use this technique for a kind of dream control in situations where you can't see well. Just tell yourself you need glasses, reach in your pocket (or the front of your shirt assuming the glasses are hanging on your shirt collar) and put them on ]

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
