You can have lucid dreams anytime you are dreaming. Lucid dreams typically occur in the morning because that is the time most of the dreaming takes place for a person with a somewhat traditional sleep schedule. But, if you stay up all night and sleep during the daytime it's possible to have lucid dreams during the day.

      Well said
However, (everyone is different) and I tend to dream as soon as I fall asleep. I believe that I lucid dream best in the morning, as I am less exhausted and can control my consciousness better, as on nights when I am not tired I can lucid much earlier in my 'sleep cycle'.

If you can sleep then the possibility exists for LDs. At advanced levels of dream yoga sleep is not always needed, as you can induce a trance state. That is another story, but yes, LDs can take place any time you can sleep.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

You can become 'lucid' in your daydreams. You just miss out on the realism and clarity but then again over time you can gain those
