For most of my Lucid Dreaming practices, I noticed that every time I'm stressed or doing something such as school stuff, I barely have any lucid dreams. For example: on my summer break, I had 50+ dreams recorded and some minor ones but at school time, I only get to record as much as 3 per month. I don't know if its the stress of school or something else, but one time my class had a one week vacation and I was able to get one dream a day, a vivid dream. If anyone has tips on how I can still have good lucid dreams while school is going on, please respond I'd appreciate it! |
