Stress is one of the main factors that affect lucidity, no doubt. Nowadays I´m stressed out so I would appreciate if you share some activities that help you to beat stress. My favourites are: |

36. Realize what is causing you stress. Then rationalize. Can you get rid of the stress? If yes, find out how and make a plan to do it. If not, realize that and make peace with it. |
