My lucid dream doesnt feel real at all.

Hey guys,so basically everytime i manage to lucid dream they all feel unrealistic ( ive had 4 in the span of 9 months ) and everytime i manage to lucid dream the only senses that seem to work are seeing and hearing, and even my lucid dreams are blurry,is this meant to happen or what ??,and also im not sure but i think im either lucid dreaming or im having a dream of lucid dreaming which is very confusing to me,i have no physical deformities btw ,

If you know your dreaming then its lucid dream. When you have a lucid dream you need to do dream stabilization techniques in order to make it clearer and senses more powerful. I usually just rub my hands together and look around. Then i say brighter, clearer and focus each sense until the dream completely clear and realistic. But everybody have those lucid dreams where you just cant seem to think clearly and do dream stabilization or some stupid dream character makes you lose focus and forget your dreaming.

I had the same problem in my first few lucid dreams, and for a while I thought my first lucid dream was just a dream about lucid dreaming. Just do what Seltiez says, and the dream will become clearer and more realistic. Rubbing/touching the dream environment works, too.

Next time either shout something like "Clarity NOW" or there's this method where you imagine you have Le ucidity/clarity pills in your pocket and take one, they'll work if you believe they do.

The brain must adapt. this takes practice. LDs can range from disembodied emotional stuff to ultra clear virtual reality. The first few are usually vague and you can not control much. After about 2 dozen they really come into focus and get much more real. Try reducing how much you are looking at. Do not look around much at first, just look at the things in front of you and try to focus on one object until it becomes fairly realistic, then move on to touching it. After you can see one object and touch it in a some what realistic manner, then try looking around.

I feel the same way. I JUST had my fourth LD and really feel like it was a dream about LD but I knew that I was in a dream and kept saying that I was in a dream and I did RC and stabilization (rubbing my hands) all the time in the dream which lasted around 1-2 minutes.Dang I wanted to fly but I woke up.this is my longest LD ever!!! I hope that this "state" in a lucid dream will fade away when we become advanced Lucid Dreamers , will it?

Yes, if you keep it up. Tell us how your 25th LD goes, I bet it will be awesome.
