Did that DILD chart a decent way:

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

Excellent chart! It really clarifies things.

Most of my lucid dreams have been MILDs, but I had a few LDs which were just ‘natural’ (I somehow just knew I was dreaming). I think it had something to do with my awareness level being high at the time, combined with high expectation. So from this, I think that regardless of any technique you choose, if the fundamentals are in place, lucid dreaming will be a lot easier in general.

Great thing is that MILD is intention itself! Using MILD with expectation will really help with activating the memory, thus self-awareness!
That is why I love MILD, cuz it complements the fundamentals!

      Dild

I have only had one so far but what i did was a combo:

-- HARDCORE mild, i repeated the mantra over 5000 times in one day(i repeated "I am dreaming")
      -- WBTB

So yeah, basically a WBTB & MILD combo with a twist.

That's great, I did that at one point. I think it may enhance the power of the "I'm dreaming"'s to combine it with visualizing a dream scene you had recently.
