Is it possible to become fat in dreams?
If i like ate a cake at the size of Burj Khalifa would i become fat? And if it is be possible to change it back?

What I mean is if you believe that the cake will make you fat, it will. If you think, "this is a dream, so I won't gain a thing!" then you won't. Dreams are all about expectations. And if you do get fat from it, yes, it is very possible to change it back; you'll likely return to your old self during the next dream anyway!

Personally, no, I have never gotten sick, not in a lucid dream. I have had regular dreams where I was sick, but dreams mimic real life, so your mind would try to replicate many different things. While expectations are most important in lucid dreams, your waking life beliefs determine your dream beliefs, since your mind is your mind whether you're awake or asleep. So again, if you believe that you can get sick, you can.

I don't see why not. I've had normal dreams where I felt sick after eating too much. But I've never tried more than a taste of food during a lucid dream. It's just another thing that you as a lucid dreamer should try out.
