      Yeah, I made a guess: maybe it depends on the learning style.

      For example I'm more of an auditory type of guy, so the finger through palm RC doesn't work as effectively as asking "Am I dreaming?" and "How did I get here?" (self talk - auditory).

      But it's just a guess, let's wait for someone more experienced.
