I meant i thought its reality in a dream

This is a false awakening. It's an event when one thinks he's awake but really he is in a dream. It happens quite commonly when practicing lucid dreaming. With proper knowledge (mainly habit of doing RCs) you can use it to your advantage and by an RC gain control over this dream.

Beliving in lucid dreaming or not is your choice, smiliar with faith aswell.

Its impossible to prove to someone you've had ld, just like its impossible to prove what color a mirror is, when you look at it its just the color of what is reflected, although we all know its silver , you can never prove it untill you take away the reflection by turning out the lights , but then all you will see is darkness,,,,, its impossible to prove you've had ld just like its impossible to prove the colour of a mirror,,,,, although we all know the truth,,,,GOOD LUCK WITH THAT ONE ***DONT BE AFRAID***ABCDE

Althought we already know color of the mirror and it's possible to prove it
The color of mirror is Green

When we setuptwo mirrors to face eachother in a room, it will create a quite long tunnel alike effect on our sight.
It's caused by reflections of light reflecting themselfs over n' over and then going throught our eye's retina...

When you will look into that tunnel you may notice that the deepest parts of it are becoming green
That's because mirror's color is green. It's impossible or probably nearly-impossible for us to notice it if we will be looking straightly at the mirror
But when we use two mirrors facing eachother a color of mirror will get stronger and stronger till our eyes will be able to notice it

I've started recently switching over DEILD. Unfortunely due to my quite messy sleep cycle which is caused by lots of WBTBs i need to regulate my sleeping before i'il be able to do it the smooth CAN-WILD way (Setting up alarm 30 - 60 minutes before my final awakening, this way guarantees being in REM Phase in most of attempts i heard)

Thought i'm still trying to do DEILD with my messy sleep cycle and i'm doing it with cellphone alarm way

Natural does not seems to work good for me
I've tried smiliar to the natural way few months ago. During two weeks i had one false awakening and once ld successful
I think my dreams are just rarely prematurely ending
