I say to myself "RESI" as soon as I get lucid.

I then start with Relaxing and doing some Reality checks.
Following by Enjoying the dream. Putting a smile on your face works wonders.
Then I Stabilize. I basically rub my hand and then try to notice something new for each of my senses. Some I didn't see before, or smell etc.
Finally I check my Intentions for this dream. What did I want to accomplish.

I find it's easy to incorporate thinking RESI whenever I RC during the day. Then a couple of times a day I practice what I would do if I actually got lucid. Just pretend I get lucid and follow all the steps.
