So lately I've been having dreams where I would try and WILD while I am in the dream. Most of these attempts would work and then I would end up knowing that I am in my dream. My most recent one from last night I went and looked in a mirror to see what my reflection would look and told my dad that he was part of my lucid dream (I also trying to enter the dream world academy).

So my question is, would you count this as lucid dreaming?
