New to lucid dreaming here and I've been reading up on in it quite a bit recently and I'm ready to start practising!
Which method would be best for someone, to experience lucidity as soon as possible? Even if it is short, ie 10 secs or so, I just want to know what it feels like when I gain lucidity. Like, ripping my toes in water. I do have a few boundaries when it comes to things I'm cautious of when I will attempt this, so I hope there is a method that is suitable for me!
1. I do have school in the morning img and get up at 6:50 religiously. I got to bed somewhere between 9 and 10:30. I actually go to sleep from around 22:30 - 00:30. But varied each night.
2. I do have a 1 year old step sister, so WBTB may be a bit of an issue and plus having to got to school, don't think that'd be an appropriate technique.
3. The thought of Sleep Paralysis terrifies me. I can fathom up some pretty scary stuff in my mind, and if any of these imagines were to appear, I would die xD But reading up upon Sleep Paralysis, it doesn't sound as bad as people say on things like YT. If I ever have to go through SP or get it randomly, I will try my best to induce a lucid dream. But for a beginner, I'd like to minimise the chances of SP as much as I can until I get more comfortable with Lucid dreaming
I did start MILDING a little bit last night, and I did have a very Vivid dream but it wasn't lucid at all. Still good though and I can remember it well, some bits are hazy but I remember the majority/ key parts of it.
So any advice would be greatful
And Hi! I'm Madz XD
