What it feels like to have lucid dream almost every night? I am planning to be serious in lucid dreaming because I want save money. I want to eat and travel in dreams instead in real life. |

I don't think traveling in lucid dreams compares well with traveling in real life, because in dreams you can't take pictures or videos to keep, you don't get to spend as much time at your destination, and the stabilization, clarity, detail, and memory of the event isn't as good as in real life. Lucid dreaming is great as a supplement to traveling but is not so great as a replacement. |

I agree with Dolphin. Choosing to travel in dreams "instead in real life" kind of sucks but if you can't afford to travel or something else prevents you than I guess its fine. But yeah, the experience won't be the same. For me when I use to lucid dream almost every night it was fun at times but I remember wanting to take a break from lucid dreaming after doing it a lot. : P But I guess it depends how long your lucid dreams are those nights and the quantity. |

Travelling in dreams is one thing, travelling in waking is another. |

Having a lucid dream every night feels like you're living two lives, especially if your dream recall is up to par. I disagree with the others, I think travelling in dreams can be just as fun and real as waking life. If you really maintain self awareness within a lucid dream, everything is just as clear, vivid, and most of the time for me, way more vivid than waking life. With my recall, I can remember everything that happened in the dream, so memory isn't a problem. And if you're having LDs every night, chances are memory is never a problem. When I was getting lucid every night(about a year and a half ago) I was remembering the entire dream. Time also isn't a big deal either imo. You can dilate time, and if you don't dilate time you can just maintain your awareness and stabilize. In my experience with lucid dreams, as long as I'm aware and I keep the dream stable, I seem to stay in the dream for as long as I keep those 2 things going. |

Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
-Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
Indeed they are as good as real travels, but the point still stands right? To pursue the dream of travelling in waking and then, one day make it happen while keeping the dream travel to awesome unseen worlds. Or at least, that is how I see it. |

I used to lucid dream 5-7 times a week a few years back. You would be surprised about how fast you run out of things to do, but how quickly you can come up with new stuff. At least, that is how it is for me personally. |

The egg is the world.
Who would to be born must first destroy a world.
In the end its just a fabrication by your mind. Even if its vivid or however you want to describe it. Are the ones you care about even by your side during the experience? Everyone is different I suppose and handles being in a dream for quite some time differently. Just thought I add on to what I said for those who didn't understand me. |

You missed the point DreamCafe lolol. My point was that this reality could very well just be a fabrication of your mind just as dreams are. After all, our minds are more active during REM sleep than while awake. The goal wasn't to change your mind, it was to get you thinking about the realness of this reality. |
