      Struggling with wild

Hello guys! So now I am gonna be "squeamis" and try to do wild.

So tonight i tryed or or when i woke up earlier this morning.

I tryed to relax my body, i even put on some lucid nap Hypnosis + Binaural Beats.

But everytime i'm trying i either cant by the following steps:

      1. Can't stop swallowing
      2. Does it matter where my hands are? can they be on my chest?
      3. How long will it take before i go in to a SP?
      4. What do you think while you are doing a WILD?

ANd do i need to lay on my back while doing this? Can i lay on the side ?
And some people keep saying "Do reality check" , How will this work when I get in to a SP? How do i reality check when i cant move?
