When doing a MILD method one isn't expected to sustain awareness while going to sleep at night. It's meant to set the intention in ones mind so that later when the dream cycle starts one is more likely to become lucid. |

So I've tried MILD for 3 days now and the thing about that is when I go to sleep and try to repeat my mantra after a while I just can't concentrate on what I want to say. Like, I just keep repeating "I will realize I'm dreaming" then a few minutes later it seems like my mind wanders and I completely forget what the sentence is. Can you give me some advice on this? Thank you in advance! |

"Parable.- Those thinkers in whom all stars move in cyclic orbits are not the most profound: whoever looks into himself as into vast space and carries galaxies in himself also knows how irregular all galaxies are; they lead into the chaos and labyrinth of existence."- Friedrich Nietzsche, the gay science, First published in 1882 revised in 1887, translated by Walter Kaufmann [/SIGPIC]

So the point is to set the intention of wanting to have lucid dream while going to sleep right? I'm really worried that I'm not practicing MILD the right way. Thank you for your guidance |

I will check that out in just a moment. Is it ok to pm you to ask questions? |

Set intention. Fall asleep. Have a lucid dream. If you are talking to me, then yes, PM is fine. |
