Hey guys, there's just a few questions I have.
1.) Should I change up my reality checks? If so, how often? I always do the same 2 (finger through palm and pinched nose breathing), and I heard that the subconscious can sorta adapt to a particular RC if done for too long.

2.) While practicing ADA, should I examine one sense at a time, or examine them all at once? Thanks.

3.) I can rarely recall color from dreams. Will ADA help with this? If not, what else?
