My only knowledge of blue lotus is when it is used as a recreational intoxicant. I have not heard of any use in lucid dreaming. Way back in the day a filled a vodka bottle full of the flowers and poured vodka back in the bottle to soak and make a tincture. The product was pleasant enough, but kind of stupefying, maybe a slight narcotic feel to it. Certainly nothing amazing happened.
