      What are your goals for LDing?

      Hey DV,
      I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but what are your long term goals for LD ability?

      Mine are: to be able to LD several times every night at will, master DILDs, master WILDs, Alter my time perception to prolong dreams, and master dream control.
      Hopefully I'll be able to do all that in 5-10 years! or less!

      Goals for LDing: Fly for an extended period of time ( ) Own a kitten ( ) Jump elastically ( ) Change my appearance ( ) Do a study on the most effective ways to LD ( ) Swim deeply underwater (X)

      Let's see...on the lucid laundry list...actually having them on a regular basis would be nice. So, to achieve that, actually remembering to reality check would be a good start. After that, goals such as "death" and "sex" have relatively high frequencies, as well as "blow shit up" and "murder like crazy." Earning some arbitrary lucid achievables would be nice, too. I'd say the top priority would be to learn how to VILD effectively, then use that power to be able to slip into whatever personal dreamscape I've prepared for that night.
