      Book Decision? And a Question!!

Lucid Dreams in 30 Days or Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming? It's a tough one...

I hear LD's in 30 days may take more than 30 days and that EWLD is just a generalization of LD knowledge... I know a lot about LD's already but with school its hard to apply techniques...

Question: Do your dreams need to be in order in your DJ? Because I have quite a few I still remember vividly but haven't written down and I already wrote some after said dreams if you understand...

I haven't heard about the 30 days one but I have always heard good things about exploring. And it doesn't matter what order your dreams are in unless you want them in a specific order for reference later. Personally I found enough information from DV and asking various people questions, but if you really want a book then go for it.

      Exploring first, then 30 days.
You don't need all of the dreams to be in order in the DJ, so don't worry about that.

I've read both and certainly EWOLD is a better text to start with. It will lay out the foundation for your dream work and most other books are based on LaBerge's work anyway.

I actually bout Exploring the World of Lucid Dream, and found that if you've read alot of the techniques here and been trying lucid dream for awhile, it won't give you any new techniques but rather give you old techniques and more of a scientific/theoretical background about it. I paid $12 for it but though it wasn't what I was hoping for per say ( it's still good), just remember $12 to aid you in fantasies for the rest of your life is so worth it.

Flying ,Teleportation, Summoning, etc is all so worth the $12 I paid for the book.

I refuse to think that any book will give you consistent LDs in 30 days.

Every person is different, certain techniques may or may not work for you; I've never read either but I can't imagine that some book claiming to give you LDs in 30 days would be any better than a book that has so much information by someone who studied LDing.

Yeah, the Lucid Dreaming in 30 Days is a very rudimentary text and only briefly mentions some basic procedures like how to reality check. If it was the first book I read I don't think it would have helped me have a lucid dream.
