Ok I have this theory that might can make you achieve lucidity atleast 90% of the time. I call it Active Reality Checks, or ARC. I've been reading and watching movies about dreaming and some of these actually came from Inception. its actually a method + some idea to improve this method lol. |

There is no 100% rate of lucidity method. Most people are lucky to get a double digit success rate with any lucidity method. This method is already well known and practiced. |

Yeah, this is basically reality checking but with a new reality check really. Still though, try it yourself, and see if you do in fact get more results than the rest of people on here doing the techniques in the wiki. |

......
No you guys are not getting the whole idea. I know its part of some other method. As I posted I've read a lot about lucid dreaming and methods. I like to think of it as a scattered fragments of the same idea. But what I'm saying is your actually forcing your brain to actually do a reality check inside your dreams. That's why you need a dream totem. A unique one. You can force your brain to look at it and know whether or not your dreaming. And MY bracelet would look different. It has a range of colors and my name is written in a unique way. Which is why I stated you have to think about every detail while your sleeping. And I'm SURE everyone who's done constant RC knows that it takes more then 1 night to actually remind yourself to RC in your dreams. |

Yes, but looking at your hands is a reality check. And when people do that in dreams, all of them report missing fingers or having more, and also the detail of their palms and the little lines on them were wrong or missing, or even more vivid. |

......
kinda reminds me of a lucid dream rock. It sometimes helps to find an object to maifest you intent to. It works like a mental crutch and puts you in a better mind set for LDing. |

Good try man. |
