Maybe it's just my imagination, but when I think of a feather passing through, I get a slight tingling sensation. But when I think of a hand pushing through, a few seconds later I sort of get that heavy (slightly disorienting) feeling you get when a marijuana high starts to hit you full on. I'd assume that if I were to imagine a fist punching through, the sensation would be even stronger. |

Wow this is amazing I've been doing it all day since reading this. If you can focus on both sides at the same time it's almost euphoric giddiness |

Hahahahaha. all these comments seem so freaking funny. needless to say it worked. |

The key word here is IMAGINE. It's not a real amygdala, and there's no way you could actually feel a part of your brain. You're working with an object of your imagination, to which you ascribe unreal mystic qualities. |

Well, somebody needs to brighten up |

It's not like I'm grim or moody, I just find it hard to believe that, say, thinking about a bone inside of your right hand causes you to activate that bone, etc. |

Excuse the misunderstanding. |

God. Some people on here act like they'd have to give an arm or a leg to even try this. |

Hey, guys is this really working for you? I am trying it and so far no success. How do you exactly do it? |
|
1. It is most important to imagine the sensation of being tickled by a father. Visualization is unimportant. |

yes, imagine the feeling as if a feather tickled you one inch in on either side of your skull. |

Why not now? |

I do it at work all the time |

I've been trying it but there was too much distraction so I had no success. I felt a bit more relaxed and slightly happier but nothing out of the ordinary. I will keep trying, from what I have read so far it is well worth it |
