You're looking for quick fixes to issues that you should be owning up to. Instead, concentrate on realistic self-improvement and life improvement. It seems like you aren't taking much responsibility for unfortunate aspects of your life. You believe you're helpless to work on yourself and your environment without some magic potion that will just fix everything. If you're anxious around people and really want that to change, figure out what's wrong with yourself psychologically in that respect. Ask yourself what you're really afraid of, where that feeling of fear comes from, and realize that there's nothing to really be afraid of, then practice talking to people.

Realize that a lot of negative reactions we have are beneficial to our survival and well-being. You might make rotten food look, smell and taste appetizing to you... but then you may eat it and get sick. If you were in some near-death situation, but didn't care because you chose not to feel the appropriate fear, you may not care enough to try to save yourself.
