Had a long, relatively vivid non lucid today. I think my recall is actually better when I do NOT set an alarm for a WBTB.


Yea its a little late but here are my goals for this month.




August Dream Goals:
(In no particular order)

1) Have at least 1 lucid dream.

2) When I become lucid: STOP PANIC

3) Be in bed by midnight every day.

4) Practice MILD

5) Start doing a variety of wholehearted reality checks again- ( I got lazy and haven't been doing them)

6) Recall at least 1 dream per day

7) Stop using my tablet, reading, or doing anything other than sleeping in my bed

8)Continue to Journal my dreams
