My Dream: I cant remember any visual. I have just a feeling that I was researching on Lucid dreams. And I was not Lucid.
What happen? Why I couldnt remember my all dreams?
Yeah, we all have those nights when dream recall suddenly takes a nosedive. For me it tends to happen when I'm very tired and/or preoccupied with waking life concerns.
Anyhow, try not to stress too much about it -- feelings of stress, pressure, and worry are the opposite of what you'll want for lucid dreaming. You'll have it all back soon enough, so relax your mind as much as you can. Understand that dreams are a force all their own, so some ebb and flow is inevitable.
My first piece of advice would be to (as you did last night) go to sleep reviewing old dreams. (Good job there, btw.) When you settle in for sleep, think about all of the dreaming you're going to do that night and get that sense of eager anticipation. Smiling is okay, too. Nobody's looking.
And taking worries or concerns to bed with you is simply not allowed. The problem with this is that these worries will tend to seep back into your mind when you wake up, crowding out your dream memories. Dream memories are hanging by a thread when you first wake up, so before you move or do anything else, go over them in your mind and work to bring them all back.
Also, throughout the day, maintain your waking awareness of the world around you. It's great to go through the day thinking about lucid dreaming, but apply it to the world around you. Pay attention to the little things in the world that everyone else misses. How do you know what you see around you is not a dream? What would it be like and what would you do if it were a dream? By nightfall, you want to be able to visually walk back through what you experienced throughout the day. Building that waking memory in the daytime will help you stay aware at night.
You already have great dream recall, so I'm only reminding you of things that you already know. But reviewing the basics never hurts. Let us know if you continue to have trouble and we should have no problem helping you work through it. If we need to break out the apple juice, we shall do it.
