Change in plans...my goal tonight is to go to bed early (and not at my usual midnight or 1:00am bedtime). I believe my problem started when my hours changed from day shift to evening shift last month. I didn't mention it before because I love the change. I am really an evening person but I believe this schedule is not agreeing with you Lucy. So, my goal is to still get to bed at a decent time and rise at a decent time. I will take a nap if I get sleepy before I go to work. Hopefully, this will help .
