I read about lavender smell that can make your dreams more pleasant and your sleep more relaxing, so I decide to buy some lavender plants and make myself a herbal pillow. I was to shopping, but I didn't find the flowers, instead I found lavender oil. I come to home and start to drop the oil on all my four pillows. The drops got on all my bed, my dream journal, my laptop and my hands, so now all are smelling fine.
I am awake for 21 hours so far and I want to stay more 7 hours just to calibrate my sleeping cycle, to stop going at sleep at 8 AM and wake up at 5 PM because exams are coming. I will have a very deep sleep after too many hours and I hope that the oil will make it more pleasant.
By the way, my record for staing awake so far is 38 hours.
