      Smile just a stupid question

I was wondering what the difference between a dream journal and a waking journal is. I'm keeping a dream journal now, but im wondering what a wake journal is compared to that.

A waking journal is exactly what it sounds like: a record of what happened during the day. A dream journal revolves around what you dreamt about.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

A dream journal is a journal where you record your dreams. A waking journal is just like a normal life diary I believe.

EDIT: Sorry first replier, I didn't see you already answered

      Don't worry about it.

A waking journal (Eg: Personal Diary entry of the events of the day) helps to program the sub-conscious mind to recollect the dreams and thus helping us to maintain a dream journal.

Actually, that is a great question We have a forum for waking journals. They differ from dream journals in that they are private, and only visible to the creator. Dream journals are visible to everyone.

We are phasing out the old (grandfathered/archived) dream journals for the new blog-style system. I'll figure out what is happening with the waking journals.
