      Hi, welcome to Dreamviews! :3

Having good dream recall, especially as good as you say, is a great start. Lots of people spend the first few days trying to up their recall, but since you already have it, you can get right into the actual techniques like DILD and WILD. The higher the recall you have, the better the chances of remembering a lucid dream you have once you wake up. Although someone with poor recall will probably still "know" they had a lucid, they wouldn't remember much detail.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
