Are you focusing on your breathing and your body when you WILD? Try focusing on something else, so you can forget about your body in bed. If you focus on your body, you will become painfully aware of all the weird hallucinations and body distortions that occur as you enter sleep. Your breathing and heart rate change as you enter sleep. This feeling can be amplified by your confused mind as it begins to switch into fantasy mode. Don't worry about sleep paralysis. Just worry about entering the dream. Sleep Paralysis is not necessary to WILD, and many people never even experience it. |
