What's the best technique for students?

I usually go to sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 5:30 to write my dreams... So what would be the best technique that would help me lucid dream?

I'm a student who started with about the same sleep pattern as you, except I've now I've extended my sleep period to be from 8:00-5:30 after seeing how important sleep is. I prefer MILD. I like it because results are based on how much effort you put into it, and I feel pretty committed to it. If you don't want to commit yourself, I'd suggest DILD.

I like WILD, although having the habit of doing RC's during the day will surely get you a couple of DILDs

MILDs and DILDs are really great techniques for students! It wouldn't do any harm at all to practice both. The two techniques compliment each other quite nicely, and there's no sleep loss involved, either.

DILD is the best I think, but school can kill your recall and ability to induce lucids. WILD is second best (naps) but it can take practice.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I'm doing MILD right now, but I wanna buy a watch, so I get used to watch the time, so every hour I'll do a RC, so i get used to it. But when i go to sleep I'm going to do MILD too
