Even though i want to try the WBTB technique again tonight (guess i am motivated yes )
i think i'll just go for recalling my dreams (as u can see in my DJ, it isn't that good yet..). I'd like to recall almoost the FULL dream..

      oh and btw,
I have already flown in my dream And yes, its an incredible feeling, it's something you won't forget for a loooong time (even felt the g-forces and such!). Best thing is that i flew iron man way right away (no birdish stuff). Maybe it will be easier now since i really know the feeling (i'm a glider pilot in RL), that's partly y i'm called TheEagle and my subtitle is 'aeronaut

Yeah you will starting having DILD's. As that technique rely on RC's and Dreamsigns. I don't do WBTB other than on weekends. It takes too much effort to do when I'm working and I never do it more than twice. Usually just once a week. Try sleeping as much as possible instead than going for a WBTB. If you want recall that is.

Do you actually need to get out of bed in the middle of the night for a DILD (like WBTB)? or is it also possible without?

I did read some tutorials though, but kinda confused now :p

DILD = Dream Induced Lucid Dream. It is when you become lucid randomly.
