The same thing just happened to me last night.. like i felt like i was "here" and "there" just as if i was floating in and out of reality. And also my throat was doing the same, I'm guessing my body was asleep while my mind was still awake, and that was my body's natural reflex to swallowing at night.. It scared me at first too, but i just kinda let it happen. And i heard noise too, like a loud ticking that got faster and faster, but i got scared and my heart started beating really fast so i kinda just snapped out of it.. but then attempted again and what not.. But yeah I think both of us are getting somewhere! haha (:
