Some people battle to get their first WILD and others don't so it's a tough method. However, if your main problem is relaxation you can try meditating before WILDing or you can listen to soft calming music, although some people may think music stops the WILD or keeps you too much awake. So i guess meditating is the best option. To do basic meditation just lie down and as thoughts come into your head think about them for a moment, then imagine placing them into a box/bag. After your mind is quite clear and thoughts are not really coming into your head you can lock the box or burn it whatever. Try doing this before you WILD and you should be more relaxed. |
