Thanks for the welcome everyone

Are there any guides to sleep patterns (I'm sure there are tbh! I'll search in a sec!)... I'm finding that I am often so tired that I am literally 'flat out' until I wake up, even though I set some alarms to go off throughout the night, I ususally hit the stop button and decide I can't remember what I was dreaming and go back off to sleep and before I know it it's time for work (Which is 6am throughout the week). Come weekend I leave it to my body clock to decide when to wake up.... 9am today... I might just try a WBTB though and see how I get on!
