Last night I was really tired and went straight to sleep. I woke up a couple of hours later but could not get back to sleep. This is not unusual for me, i'm a light sleeper at times and have trouble sleeping. So anyway, I decided to just relax, breath slowly and remove any thought that pops in my head, all for the purpose of trying to sleep. When I went to bed last night I wasn't too bothered wether I LD or not I was just tired. So i had laid there for what seemed about an hour and felt a little angry that I couldn't sleep. For some reason I did a RC, I pinched my nose and I could breath in and out with ease, I was NOT awake as I had thought. I do wear a sleep mask so even though I was asleep (apparently) all I could see was darkness, it felt exactly like I was still laid there trying to sleep. No thoughts, no dreams, I couldn't move my torso, I had no real emotion or fear or anything. It was very strange. I had purposely tried to WILD over the weekend and had a false awakening so it just shows how much more there is going on with a WILD than DILD that I usually try and prefer. Thoughts on what you would have done or what I should try if that happens again?
