I set the alarm clock for about 4(I think) hours after I went to sleep.(took long enough to fall asleep) When I got up, I waited about 4 minutes and stretched a bit due to being slightly achey. I laid down, waited 10 minutes, didn't think my body even started to go in sleep paralysis.(And I kept trying different positions for about an hour, but I ended up just going to sleep due to the constant failures) I'll try waking up 3 1/2 hours or something near then.
