I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

I agree with everyone else that MILD after a WBTB is the best method for beginners. Try to fit one in at least once or twice a week, and you will start having amazing dreams. Just try to keep lucid dreaming on your mind, question your awareness and do some reality checks whenever you remember it, and you will be lucid in no time. |

if you want to wake up just close your eye in the dream then when you open them you wil be a wake |
